Getting Started

Open any tool
Collaboration is available in Spread, Writer, Decks, Draft, and the PDF Editor.

Click Share
Look for the purple Share button in the toolbar, or press Ctrl+K.

Enter email & role
Type your collaborator's email. Choose a role: Viewer (read-only), Editor (full edits), or Admin (can also invite others).

Add a personal message
Optionally add a personal note. It appears in the email they receive.

Send the invite
Click Send Invite. They'll get a branded email with a one-click accept link.

Manage invites
Pending invites are listed in the Share modal. Click Revoke to cancel access at any time.

Copy share link
Use Copy Link to share a direct URL. Anyone with the link can request access.

Share on mobile
Tap the purple Share button in the toolbar. The modal is optimized for touch.
